The Director, Global Pharmaceutical Services will be a key leader within Telix's global business development team, which supports Telix's pipeline and business expansion initiatives in the radiopharmaceutical sector. The Telix BD function works collaboratively with Telix's Research & Innovation, Clinical Programs, and regional commercial and manufacturing teams in identifying, structuring, negotiating, executing and managing business development initiatives across the business.

Pharmaceutical Services represents a growing portion of Telix's business – generally involving the supply of approved and unapproved radiopharmaceutical imaging products to third party research institutions, pharma and biotech companies, for use as imaging tools within their own therapeutic product clinical studies. As such supply is for clinical trial use, the business opportunity also encompasses supply of Telix's unapproved imaging products – subject to appropriate regulatory (IND/IMPD) and ethics committee approvals. These arrangements can be complex – particularly for late-stage clinical trials, which may require co-ordination of product supply across multiple countries worldwide.

The Director, Global Pharmaceutical Services will be responsible for establishing Telix as a trusted and reliable partner to third party pharma and biotech companies. This will include streamlining Telix's internal processes, co-ordination with global manufacturing and regional operational teams to co-ordinate such supply, outward business development, and strategic partnering with companies and organisations (such as CRO's or other clinical supply businesses) to expand the business channel. In addition, the Director – Global Pharmaceutical Services will also seek to expand relationships with third party research institutions, pharma and biotech companies by helping to identify opportunities for co-development or co-commercialisation, where appropriate.

Specific duties will include:

• Managing the third-party services business of Telix's radiopharmaceutical labs in Sacramento, USA and South Brussels, Belgium
• Managing Telix's strategic alliances with third party partners in the pharma services channel
• Identifying, coordinating and delivering on opportunities to deliver Telix's own radio-diagnostic products to third party partners

Key Accountabilities

• Lead the design and implementation of a long-term "Telix Pharmaceutical Services" business unit strategy.
• Take over existing Telix Pharmaceutical Services – related business relationships and ensure appropriate co-ordination and tracking against commitments and revenue expectations.
• Develop a marketing strategy to drive growth and partnering with identified key strategic targets.
• Lead initiation and negotiation of Pharmaceutical Services contracts with third parties.
• Act as relationship manager for all third-party Pharmaceutical Services customers, including identifying additional opportunities where possible.
• Identify and pursue appropriate "channel partners" to support growth of this business.
