Telix is taking a punt that this way of raising money will be cheaper than the Nasdaq listing way of doing it. Remains to be seen whether they can get this away with the Delta book that JPM are shopping. Still could all fall over if the book doesnt come in as expected given the already strong stock price move....will be interesting to see the discount on the Delta placement book, expect it might be 10-15%..
the overall impact of the $600m CB offering is that unfortunately its likely to cap the stock in the short run. wouldnt be surprised to see a 10-20% retracement in the stock. others may be more bullish...
