I am not sure about the writing in the contract but as far as this idea goes, basically Telix wants $600m and will issue maybe in a ballpark of about 22m shares when converted so they can fund other trials. I think this is not a bad deal as they are not converting at a lower price compared to listing in Nasdaq.
People might see this as negative but if you look at how many shares will be issued by 2029, it is not big except that Coupon/yield of 2-2.75% pa. But if you believe that TLX SP/revenue can grow more than 15% pa, the coupon/yield makes it look small.
I think market might go down initially but have seen other SP bounce back right away.
