The exact price at which the bonds can be converted into shares hasn’t been set yet. It will be determined soon based on the clearing price of a separate stock placement. However, the conversion price will be set 30-35% higher than this reference price. In other words, the bonds will convert into shares at a price that’s 30-35% above the price of Telix’s stock when the bonds are issued.
