I have no problem with them performing acquisition with shares. presumably preserving cash buffer in case the trials get expensive down the track and they need to dip in to the account.
adding $30M in shares should make no difference to the share price since it is (in theory) adding $30M in assets within the company. and presumably may be worth a good deal more over time, clinical trial gods willing..
