US investors knows more how to value biotechs is a wrong notion. Look at what they did with RMD. People followed the US listing price during the downturn but well in fact RMD was doing well. Diluting more shares just to get to Nasdaq is not a sound investment. They are earning money and they know two more products will give them more money by next year. Plus what if CB knows more that is coming and more positive for the SP.
