I dont think some here understand the mechanics of what happened

The road show commenced maybe 6 months ago when the sp was significantly lower. Those that expressed interest over the months have seen the sp rise significantly higher ( 100%) ... much higher than when listing idea was first floated. You could say that at the moment the sp is NOT trading at any type of discount which has put it well beyond what the market had indicated over the past months.

So you have this position where quality investors wanted stock , but at a price reflecting a longer VWAP
