My take is:
1. TLX gets played on the ASX - just look at the bot trading of a few shares thousands of times a day. CB knows this.
2. CB would know he can go head to head with Lantheus if he's on the same exchange.
3. A dual-listing would diminish (not stop) the dicking around by funds/bot-traders on the ASX because it allows true price discovery on the NASDAQ.
4. I suspect some of the offering of stock in an IPO would be from CB and AK's holdings. A way to cash out some of their stock without appearing to be "selling out".
Overall - will be interesting times but I lean towards a positive view on the announcement.
