It should not be a premium, as the company already trades. This will add liquidity and access to additional capital in the future where required.
I dont really know if this is required, but the leadership at Telix have been on point at every turn so I am going to defer to their judgement. Ordinarily, biotech companies that have done in the past is usually a big waste of time and shareholder's funds. I know that ResMed are listed, but then COH and CSL are not, so not an absolute requirement,
