I suspect the announcement was as a result of a rumour getting around about initial discussions of a NASDAQ listing - so that's why the 'considering' is used. CB would hate it to appear on Street Talk first. I really do think it is partially motivated by CB getting crapped off by the way TLX is traded on the ASX. He's said a few times that we are well undervalued - but we are locked at $9-10. If he is able to get some broker coverage in the US it will help price a fair bit I would think.
