was thinking, which is usually not so good

i googled index fund managers in Australia
HSBC have a list of 150, so there may be well more


if every Index fund manager must buy TLX, and the amount of which will vary in shares according to their size - some are monsters and some are not

but if they all need to buy, pick a number, say 250T shares which is only $3.5m for their Top100 index fund
Top 200 funds need to buy also.

... then that's 37 million shares they need to buy
... throw in the non index funds that want to own TLX in any case
.... throw in CB says 25% of register is now held by overseas or USA (i forget exactly now)

and the Top20 own 80% of TLX stock, many since IPO, and some have added (JPMorgan 27m to 34m 2023/2024)

could turn about to be very messy for them ?
