Agree but they can only throw it around because of those who keep borrowing their shares to them (shorters) . the supply will eventually dry up and they'll have to cover quickly as TLX can move very quickly due to volatility. $9:50's seems to be where they would like it, anything lower they get a bonus. but if it breaks out watch the shorters scurry like rats
