The regular comparison of TLX to CSL is a justified one (I own both). For TLX to be the next CSL, it may require much more investment in the company through R&D and acquisitions. CSL started paying dividends in 2013, 19 years after they went public.
Personally, I don't think TLX will wait that long, but I doubt it will or should be anytime soon.
