Yep. Holding up well during the day, despite market efforts.
But I didn't think it would drop even this much. No more shares have been issued, certainly not at $18.70. Just the right to buy in at $25 in a few years. This will turn out to be a great deal for bond holders - but in the meantime we have $650m at an interest rate under 3%. We have a fabulous pipeline that the Board believes is well worth expanding and accelerating action on so our shares will be worth a great deal more in a few years - when I hope we won't be too bitter about the dilution effect on price. Hopefully it'll be a small stutter in our raging upwards movement!
