I guess given the current market vagries TLX picked the optimal time to raise more finance so that if any opportunities arise in the near future they are ready to pursue I guess maybe at a reasonable price.
Lets hope they spend it wisely but I belive they will judging by their performance even though occassional they have a hiccup which cannot be helped.
