Another bold move by TLX and CB, but the bit that stood out to me from the ann. was the reference to cu-64. TLX probably didn't have to make this deal, but it makes sense in so many ways. Robbing potential competitors of a key regional supply source would only have made the deal that much sweeter for Chris.
