The turning point is real. The T22 restructure is implemented. The Ent & Gov, Medium - Large business customers are now being engaged and the pipeline is building rapidly. The sales goals are clearly articulated ie medium - large business have a fortnightly sales goal (26 campaigns per 12 months) the Ent & gov a monthly sales campaign and goal. That will deliver real sales results x 38 campaigns this fin year and that can only be a good thing for share holders imo.
The small bus and consumer customers have a restructured sale and support platform that delivers better access and solutions with the number of plans and services reduced significantly which can only make understanding the options available simpler for Telstra staff and their customers.
As most Telstra customers are of the view that they trust Telstra solutions, they just want someone that they can talk to and state their business needs and then see actions. This is now happening better than it ever has before and can only be a better outcome for the bottom line.
