The truth is finally coming out.
International banks are leaving these shores by the dozen. They are crawling back home to regroup.
Therefore this is the real dilemma for those wanting cash, even a small business is struggling for funds as the only ones left still have their own scars and are raising capital themselves and are NOT lending.
Chop in that the Gov't is already heading into debt like GREG LEGANIS of the 12m tower.
Santa's bag is nearly empty.
