I’ve had a look at your email - on the face of it, you see to be making an error in the calculation of accounts receivable - it is not accurate from an accounting point of view to take the static difference between bookings/sales and cash receipts in a given quarter and then just add those numbers up each quarter, as cash receipted in subsequent quarters reduces the “gap" that existed between the two numbers over time (for example cash receipted in the fourth or fifth month of a fiscal year would be for bookings/sales for example in the second or third month of the first quarter of that fiscal year, thereby reducing that “gap” over time. Merely adding the “gap” statically over several quarters will not provide an accurate reflection of accounts receivable.
