On the face of it I think this is great!
Can you imagine for a moment that private companies can put aside their greed & power to work together, that way providing a great essential service to all Australians.
LOL...I know...... it couldn't happen right. (There will be something lucrative in it for both of them no doubt)
We (everyone/everything Australian) need to work better, together especially in these times of global uncertainty.
