Sorry but respectely don't agree, I left telstra for this reason. Spent hours on end trying to move addresses and spent hours on chat with several different people repeating the same thing over and over again, however I believe Telstra now know that this is an issue and reverting to Aussie call centres. When this happens I will go back to Telstra services
