Thodey bought out remaining 50% of ooyala for $250m ,total $500m then original owners left and business collapsed.We as shareholders have no direct knowledge of the way a division is performing until an announcement,we can only go by thodey who said it would b a billion dollar business and penn who said after first write down its a great business then wrote it down to nil.
Similar his statement tls is in a strong capital position then six months later cut div by 30%..
Same my comments on ehealth,same my concerns re tls's ability to develop and compete in apps and services ie the iot's against global developers.
