This doesn't give the market a lot of confidence in TLS management's ability to find new sources of earnings to plug the coming earnings gap.
It's one thing to buy companies and produce fancy powerpoint presentations that sound very impressive.
Actually delivering on the potentials of the acquisition is a completely different thing.
