So Telstra is going to try and compete against SpaceX Starlink... which has a latency time of 20ms (versus a geo-stat latency of around 600ms)... good luck with that one.

With Telstra wasting money on their share buy back I have to laugh at the comments here about them boosting their divvies. With what money? If you haven't been paying attention to their financials (and obviously you haven't been) you might have noticed they are year on year losing both revenue and profit.

The Telstra money tree will soon be plucked bare.... wait for the next financial for confirmation.
