i have had a very brief look at this. the dividend cut from 11 cents to 8 cents or by 27%

restructuring costs for 1H19 were $328M . forecast $600m for the full year
1H19 revenue was $13.8B and EBITDA is $4.3B
therefore, it appears the 2H19 EBITDA and NPAT will be similar to 1H19
EPS is 10.4 cents
dividend is 8 cents (77% payout ratio)
gross (before tax yield) at $3.15 = 7.3% (which is far less than TLS shareholders have been used to; banks are earning higher dividends)
I decided to go short however the share price is holding up very well
hard to believe the share price is higher than most of the previous year when the dividend was 37.5% higher
