) call:
1. A wordful (if that's a word) announcement with just one number: $350 mio (... an perhaps adjusted later on) in EV.
2. When I read EV, than that means to me that company does not make money (but perhaps will make some in the future). ... So it is not income accretive. A number for EV to sales would have been helpful.
3. According to the announcement Medical Director is a software company that has been around for 25 years. ... Can't be fast growing then ... if you look at other software companies
4. With more than 11 bn shares outstanding, I estimate the price sensitivity to 3.2 cents per share, if one was to write off this investment completely.
5. I am surprised to learn that this investment adds to Telstra's core competence ... or will it ever
6. This looks like some sort of VC ... and I am not convinced that Telstra is good at this.
There is probably more to say ... still looking for the positives ...
