If you check census statistics you will see that the vast majority of Australians either have European ancestors or else have directly migrated from Europe therefore it is hardly remarkable that Testra's management group would reflect that.

A person's ethnicity is completely irrelevant to their ability to manage the company and I would very much doubt that the company see it any other way. There is certainly no evidence to suggest they do. So if there is no reason to suggest that Telstra have an issue with anyone's ethnicity when looking to fill a position, why do you (have an issue with their ethnicity)? It is a non-issue - regardless of race, colour, age, or creed - either they are good at their job or they're not. If they are then great, if not replace them with someone who is. Simple as that.
