NBN Co is not Telstra.
Not making excuses for Telstra because they have plenty of issues which they are and have been responsible for - but the NBN balls up is not one of them. You can blame the federal govt for that, particularly Turnbull when he was Communications Minister and his faster, cheaper, now rationale for dumping fibre optics for existing copper phone lines.
