maybe NBN co - is haemorrhaging cash on the rollout (heard way over budget) so they can't afford to do this for TLS ..... wonder what will happen to the SP when the first Spec Div in announced and reports show capex and revenue on track at 22c div at 6% a re-rate must happen. 2nd if there is a flight back to safer...? stocks and the money starts flowing TLS way again - then where will the SP be ?
