If you had a buy order just above $3.51 well done.
The announcement today while few would fully understand it or care was only a proposal at the end of the day. Dividends will still be as quoted and Telstra will still be receiving the same compensation just delivered in NBN's choice of payment method as I understand it.
P.S today sucks! In six months time after receiving another fully franked dividend and the SP is $4.50 then today doesn't matter.
