IMO that volume is not indicative of an insto with inside news, I would expect much harder selling if that were the case, I'd say it is more just some caution by people expecting the worst as in general updates haven't been good for TLS, especially not from Andy Penn LOL
I would not be surprised at all to hit over $4 prior to going ex-div.
