the regs are for a cleansing notice prior to a raise and for any news to be out prior so investors can make an informed decision.

not that i care greatly - but DM's comment suggests the allotment/issue of the 115M stock hasnt been completed as yet - if a cleansing period still applies

but perhaps there's a nuance Im unaware of - this is why company secretaries have a job - none of the rest of us want to drive ourselves to sleep policing such minutiae
