I think the SP is geared more to the marginal nature of the project than any security issues.
It is very sensitive to gold prices. The forecast for gold prices with the ever strengthening US dollar is closer to $1000 which makes this project marginal. Hence the stagnant interest.
However on the bright side the underground mine at Belinau could be a treasure chest, only time will tell.
