They will not have any high grade ore from the Belinau UG that's for sure, its still underwater. Maybe they have identified an ore source from one of the many proposed re-opened ex Rawas pits. However they are all full of water too. I see they don't show any construction update photos this time around on their website. In 2012 a photo of the plant was shown every month showing tanks and buildings going up.
