I don't think tapering has an influence on SUM share price. There is no question that the QE measures will have to come off sooner rather than later. The question is whether that is next month or if we are lucky early next year. But at any rate, QE measures will have gone by the time SUM is in production.
The shareprice will have to find different reasons to rise. At the moment, I believe there is some concern around the financing. The earlier announced facility by Credit Suisse seems to be under "re-negotiation". I am optimistic that something good will come of it though (more a gut feeling than based on facts).
