OzeW, the share price was 35c-65c and there was cash in the bank of $0.95 (peak exchange rate).... a punter pressured both management and their partners to rework a transaction, rework ultimately resulted in everyone making a motza with the controlling family and head of IR moving on.... well played or not? Divine intervention or just the better you are the luckier you get...?

This tax is cancer for Karoon. Could easily cost over a $1bn in ten years. This hasn't been reflected in the sp, when punters get to Acceptance on that change curve (post Denial, Anger & Bargaining) then they will value KAR correctly, everyone's still at Denial imo. GLTA
