    That's happens when your staff probably miss their bonuses each year because of the fund's poor performance. Any decent guys they have will be easy pickings for the top funds.

    That's what happens when the Board doesn't take care of business to remove its CIO but rather is more concerned about picking up cheap shares for themselves.
