I raised this concern with Geoff at the time of these raisings, years ago. Didn't bother raising it direct with braitling because I've always thought he never took any criticisms on board.
peejay and imback. Who knows what it is? Whether Geoff does raise these type of issues with him or not. Maybe he does and braitling's ego and arrogance gets in the way, or maybe he's not fulfilling his true duties as a director due to their past relationship/history.
bad look for him as a director, seeing his history of going after underperforming funds trading at large discounts.
but braitling has outpermed strongly in past. So maybe he can turn it around. That's the reason I'm back in, and the possibility of him delisting this one like the other 2, but I think that is unlikely.
