Just looking at their Sep 30 statements - So Tempus doubled their fully diluted share count to raise $5.1m, proceeded to spend $2.6m of it on exploration, and now only has $1.6m of net working capital. They normally spend ~$500k cash per quarter on non-exploration related expenses (but as high as $900k as of this last quarter), meaning even if there's no additional exploration work there's only a runway of another 3 quarters or so. The CEO didn't participate in the rights issuance, has minimal exposure to share price movements, and runs multiple companies while collecting a handsome salary from each.

I'd expect further significant dilution.
