On the plus side, it is a very small raise. Given we had an estimated 2 quarters of funding remaining at 30 Sept (based on Sept quarter cash outflows), $500k plus is earmarked for settlement of B&E this month, and they would have an idea of what is coming out of E, it suggests they expect to be able to raise in the short term at a higher SP.
I would have been much more worried if the raise was a $3, $4, $5 mil
