FTA TV needs a reality check.
Paying personalities aka. newsreaders/journalists/presenters ridiculous salaries must be addressed. Likewise the party party attitude of executives who get caught up with the "glamour" of the business needs to change.

They need to realise their business is in the grip of change taking place at warp speed. I think every newspaper in the country was way too late for the Internet revolution. Asleep at the wheel. TV is no better!
