It does not whether or not it is a repeat patients, as the hospitals have limited bed capacity.
As long as this University Hospitals are implementing IDTF platform on a permanent basis. I know IDTF US FDA Emergency approval for Covid-19 patients only.
Lets hope it will be a permanent US FDA approval by year end or Q1, 2021.
