    Hi HK

Further to the below and your post to me on Saturday.

Having looked into the different Nasdaq tiers a little closer. And keep in mind I am no expert here.

Form what I can gather there is no market cap requirements for the Global or Global Select markets. They do however have shareholder equity requirements of between $5m to $15m depending on which test you want to satisfy.

IMO the only way to look at this Nasdaq listing is to decide 2 things.

1: What will be the market value of the company at listing

2: How much capital is raised in the IPO

So let's look at a very negative scenario where the market cap stays the same for ASX holders.

    All USD

So a market cap of $40m on listing
    Raise $15m
    Listing price of $5

Total shares on issue 8m (40/5)
Issue 3m shares at $5 to raise $15m
5m shares attributable to ASX holders worth $25m

Convert 830m ASX shares into 5m Nasdaq shares via 166 for 1 consolidation.

ASX share worth $25m at listing or 3c per share (25/830) or 4.2c AUD

Just so everyone is clear this is NOT how I think it will play out.

As per my previous posts, IMO I believe the company should be able to list on the top tier being the global select market with a minimum market cap of $160m USD. Today's announcement provides further confidence in increased revenue and higher valuations accordingly.
