    Once AVZ locks in someone for the $300m thats currently out for tender that's when I believe the SP will significantly move and shareholders will want more of the pie so to speak. A large portion of Investors want that extra security before buying stock. All these little ticks along the way are great news and for day traders. It's a step in the right direction but in terms of it having an effect on the SP I believe it won't until then.
