Lanthanein Resources (LNR) has launched a share placement to raise $2.5 million for drilling at its Lyons project in Western Australia and Murraydium project in South Australia. The company will issue 140 million shares at 1.8 cents each, with one free-attaching option exercisable at 3 cents for every two shares subscribed for. This was INYATI fund P/L. 140M shares and sold the lot. One of the directors is Will Langley who I suspect is Thomas's brother or other relation.
"William specialises in working with small capitalised companies and investor groups in the resources industry from project generation to marketing, as well as advising on corporate finance, acquisitions and investor relations to ASX companies.William has more than 10 years of mining and exploration industry experience in a broad range of commodities from precious & base metals to battery minerals namely Lithium, Nickel and Cobalt. William is currently the co-founding director of the Inyati Fund, working on the buy side whereby he co-manages the investment decisions of the fund. William graduated from the University of Western Australia with a BSc in Geology"

Not sure what is goping on. No Langley's appear in the past Directors list.
I've had enough - decided to salvage what I can and jumped out today. They will need a Capital raise very soon as last quarterly that had less than 2 quarters of operational cash, so They have to have a capital raise soon and I expect that will push it down to 0.006 or 0.005. Might get back in then.
