I'm new to commodities, predominantly having invested in tech, but I'm very keen to learn more. With a tenement application such as this, who actually owns the land and is offering the tenement? Is it the government? A landholder? the local Indigenous people? Is the application to purchase or rent the tenement for a fixed period? If so for how long? And what is the likelihood of the tenement being granted? Is it a matter of if you have the money, you get it? What's the process? Is there a good source where I could learn more about these processes? Then when the mining is done does the hole need to be filled in etc? Thanks in advance.
