These BoD's get a salary whether they earn it OR not! They win financially from the GM bonus programs that are the most ludicrous situation ever. They win, no matter what! They get their annual bonus packages whether accomplishing anything or failing to meet their promises/goals/obligations to us. Us though? Cleaned out for the most part of our hard-earned unless we strike it lucky.
