No matter what you say here BOD's take little notice. Rules need to be a bit more draconian in my mind and these incentive plans need to be a bit more accountable with much longer time frames with the possibility of being cancelled at a GM if they don't produce real value measured by the SP and not MC.
It doesn't change the fact though that we might have a really good resource once all the drilling is done and with gold and copper having bright outlooks this could possibly be a good earner.
I'm not meaning to stir the pot, but these latest oppies with a much longer time frame which should cover getting all the drilling done and a Jorc established might be goers keeping in mind the timing of any CR's.
