@coto, Everything you said makes absolute sense. if we have the foresight and vision to see it, why can't the people at the helm.
It is not rocket science. It is lack of passion and drive.
The executive team is expected to drive and steer the company in the right direction and not roll the ball and lets see where it ends up.
