Shouldn't they be informing the SHs via a deidcated announcement. Especially given it is a strategic divergence from what was announced earlier.

This is what happened with discontinuation of HPA DFS and the ongoing laboratory work to refine ARC HPA process.

Isn't this misleading. They announce an initiative/plan and give SHs a false expectation that the work will be done and then they secretly kill it.

The SHs continues to hold on to the shares on an expectation that the work is being done in the background and one good day we will get an announcement.

Isn't these a breach of their responsibility to keep the market informed.

Also, why are they still advertising it on their website: Shouldn't they make a note to say work has been discontinued temporarily due to following reasons?
